Unification of Austrian urban technology actors for international collaboration

In line with an initiative of the Austrian government, the organisation Austrian Technology Corporation GmbH (ATC) furthers the interests of Austrian technology providers abroad as part of the government's export drive.

Closely linked to Austrian federal ministries and supported by ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA , the Austrian trade promotion organisation, ATC brings together key Austrian technology firms, export financing banks and operators, and acts as a coordinator. ATC facilitates access for international customers to know-how developed by industry and operators in Austria.

In this capacity, ATC also acts as a project coordinator for bilateral technology collaboration in the infrastructure sector, and for Smart City collaboration.

In all its areas, ATC stands for competence and efficiency and is able to offer internationally proven and trendsetting state-of-the-art solutions.

Close collaboration with Austrian organisations providing education, training and technology transfer guarantees access to the Austrian education, science, research and training system. This means project-related provision of training facilities and capacities, officially approved certificates, and new approaches to project-financing.

Similar organisations exist for the energy ( APET – Austrian Power & Environment Technology) and health care ( AHC – Austrian Health Care Systems & Engineering) sectors. Both are wholly owned subsidiaries of ATC.
