Situational awareness by geo-spatial intelligence for security operation centres

The product SAIMOS Control Center is designed for emergency call centres, guarding services, or general security operation centres. The map-centric user interface provides operators real-time situational awareness by displaying relevant information to the operator on a map (e.g. boundary details of guarded objects, real-time security personnel locations, sensor data, alarms and their classifications, etc.). It’s also possible to merge third party data streams like weather conditions, traffic information, etc. onto a base map for better decision support. The map-centric approach allows the operation of an emergency call centre to be managed in a more optimised and coordinated way, as daily processes are benefitting from automated GIS (geographic information system) analysis.
