Next-generation deep learning-based tools to support radiologists in their daily workflow
About
The company contextflow uses deep learning to put the knowledge encoded in millions of medical images and reports at radiologists’ fingertips, saving time and money. Users can mark a region of interest in an image and the search engine instantly returns reference cases and associated knowledge necessary for differential diagnosis. Additionally, the 3D image-based search engine software can help prioritise time-critical patients.
contextflow enables clinics to share information across institutional borders and benefit from a collaborative growing knowledge base, generating clinical value from existing data.
The 3D image-based search engine is currently being tested with 7+ international partners. Currently, this solution validates on lung CT scans and can be extended to additional pathologies and organs.
While there are many companies operating in Artificial Intelligence AI in the medical imaging domain. contextflow focuses on the general approach to diagnosis - searching for 19+ disease patterns (competitors only support 1-4). contextflow ’s patent-pending technology is very flexible, meaning it will work for multiple organs and types of scans, and most importantly, radiologists like using the search engine to help them solve difficult cases.
The team is currently looking for partners outside Europe to test the software.
